- Scheduling home tours for viewing properties (2-hour tours, viewing 4-6 homes per tour, with 2 tours per week).

- Managing counter offers and finalizing purchase agreements.

- Collaborating with the seller’s agency to ensure timely closings.

Seller Services
- Preparation of all required State and Local Disclosures
- Determination of listing terms based on Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and Seller’s selected listing price:
- 90 days if Seller accepts broker’s suggested price
- 180 days if Seller lists up to 10% above BPO
- 365 days if Seller lists more than 10% above BPO
- Listing input and syndication to MLS and major platforms (e.g., Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com)
- Installation of “For Sale” yard sign
- Provision of professional photography (minimum 20 photos)
- Installation of company lockbox for access
- Use of ShowingTime for appointment scheduling
- Presentation of all offers with Net Proceeds Sheets
- Management of counteroffers and final purchase agreement
